The entire community celebrates our student artists, who spend hours perfecting their artwork. The following Art Gallery is a sample of the work of our talented students.
The main focus is on artistic discovery and process. A true artist is one who is completely in tune with her artistic process. At the Academy of the Holy Family, we are mindful of this step in a young artist’s development.
Student work is displayed throughout the school, and advanced students create a gallery show of their own body of work. The goal is to provide a full immersion into the fine arts.
There are numerous cross-disciplinary opportunities with other departments; for example, students can design backgrounds and scenery for theatrical productions. The Academy of the Holy Family is often developing school-wide community art activities that involve the entire student body.
For almost 150 years, the Academy has developed students’ creativity and expression. Talented student artists are provided with vast opportunities and skills for further study. For all AHF students, we provide the fundamental building blocks for a lifelong interest in the arts.
